Volunteer Opportunities
 

Family Outreach has an ongoing need for volunteers to conduct programs and to perform administrative tasks. All Family Outreach volunteers:

• Complete comprehensive training in child development, communication techniques, parenting skills, and the dynamics of child abuse and neglect

• Participate in ongoing in-service training

• Consult with a professional social worker for guidance

• Commit to a minimum of eight hours a month volunteer service for one year

• Receive the satisfaction of making a difference in the life of a child
