You can register on-line (there will be a $3.25 service charge for each registrant), or by downloading the registration/waiver form and mailing with payment to Family Outreach, 1300-A Bay Area Blvd., Houston, TX 77058. Attention: Jackie

On-line registration Deadline is Friday, April 8^th at Midnight.

Children under 10 may participate in 5K with parent/guardian permission and signed waiver.
